Kelsey Fields

As a Senior Analyst, Kelsey works to showcase the value of EAB’s student success and data management solutions, including Navigate, Edify, and the Moon Shot for Equity. Kelsey’s work focuses on how education professionals at our partner institutions are building the capacity to make data-informed decisions and effectively support students throughout their academic journey.

Prior to joining EAB, Kelsey worked at a non-profit, where she assisted students in pursuing careers in the printing industry. This experience gave Kelsey a deep appreciation for students' challenges in navigating their educational paths.

In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys searching for the various neighborhood gems in Washington, D.C. She loves audiobooks, thrifting, and any excuse to have a picnic in the park.
