Kevin Clarke

Associate Director, Research Advisory Services

Informed by EAB’s best-in-class research, Kevin delivers strategic advisory services to college and university leaders to support decision-making, change management, and strategy planning and implementation. Kevin’s subject matter expertise focuses on student recruitment, retention, and success, as well as artificial intelligence and microcredentials.

Before joining EAB Research, Kevin was a Student Success Strategic Leader on the Technology Partner Success team, where he supported Navigate360 partners in advancing their student success strategy. Kevin has over fifteen years of experience in higher education strategy, planning, and administration at a variety of institutions. In previous roles, Kevin led first-year experience, academic advising, evaluation and assessment, and faculty, staff, and peer leader training and development programs.

Kevin earned a master’s degree in college student development from Appalachian State University and bachelor’s degree in communication arts and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is currently pursuing an EdD in Urban Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati. Kevin is from Crystal Lake, IL and resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife and son.
