Kierra Shields

Kierra S. Shields works on our Launch Consulting team supporting institutions to implement Navigate360 at 2 and 4 year partner institutions.

Before joining EAB, Kierra spent several years in higher education with experience in retention advisory work, academic instruction, and biotechnology research. Her primary expertise includes managing student caseloads of 140+ with a 70% retention rate and designing course modules meeting national standards. She also has experience in educational technology and student success programming.

When not working, Kierra enjoys crafting, mentoring high school students exploring STEM careers, and maintaining active involvement in professional associations and educational program advisory committees.
