Kurt Grunder

As a Strategic Leader, Kurt partners with two and four-year state system institutions to create effective workflows in Navigate360 to ultimately support larger campus and system-wide strategic goals. His partnership with many colleges and universities has led to increased persistence and retention rates, especially for first-year cohorts and students that are at-risk or underrepresented.

Kurt has worked in higher education for 5 years with direct experience as both an end-user and consultant for educational technology for 7 years. He graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies & French Literature and graduated from Merrimack College with a Master of Education in Higher Education.

Kurt is a fan of personal wellness, including fitness and mental health. He also enjoys video games, reality television, welcomes any coffee shop or food truck recommendation, and is constantly chasing after his silver Labrador, Freya.
