Laura Munro

Laura leads several functions within our Talent organization, including Recruiting, Business Partnership, Learning and Development, and Systems and Analytics. Together with her team, Laura is responsible for EAB's strategy to attract, develop, and engage our most valuable asset - our people. With more than 20 years of service combined at EAB and The Advisory Board Company, Laura is a strategic advisor who possesses deep human resources expertise and a passion for making EAB a destination employer.

Outside of the office, Laura delights in spending time with her son, John, and husband, George. She is an avid reader and traveler. Laura is dedicated to several philanthropic causes, especially the Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance.
