Lydia Barnhart

Lydia brings over a decade of experience in higher education, with a specialized focus in Enrollment Management and Student Affairs. She most recently worked with an external higher education marketing firm, following her role as Director of Admissions at Emporia State University.

Lydia is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Kansas State University, where she is specializing in Student Affairs in Higher Education. Her dissertation research centers on the decision-making processes of community college transfer students as they select four-year institutions. In her spare time, Lydia enjoys being outdoors with her husband and their dog, Willow.
