Lydia Kaiser

Lead Sales Engineer, Audience Generation

Lydia is the Lead Sales Engineer with EAB’s Audience Generation division (a part of the E360 suite of products). In this role, she drives partner development efforts by providing product and technical expertise and by serving as a strategic advisor. Lydia is a subject matter expert regarding market/industry trajectories and helps to inform Cappex and Intersect utilization for her partners.

Prior to her current role, Lydia worked in EAB’s Financial Aid Optimization division for 4 years as a Senior Data Analyst. Lydia also has a background as an academic advisor for the University of Minnesota department of Sociology. It was during this role that she discovered her passion for being an involved part of the student journey.

In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family at their cabin in Northern Wisconsin: hiking, biking, paddle-boarding, and reading in a hammock.
