Madeleine brings a rich portfolio of admission, financial aid and marketing communications experience to her role. Her expertise places her in a unique position to advise on the interplay between these three key elements of enrollment success. Madeleine’s passions are building high-functioning enrollment teams, collaborating with faculty members, the strategic use of financial aid to achieve revenue goals, building and implementing student and family communication plans, and serving first-generation, diverse and low SES students and parents. Her utility player skills make her a powerful consulting voice, as does her Gallup Coach certification.
