Margaret Sullivan
Director, Research Discovery & Design
Margaret Sullivan is a Director in EAB’s strategic research department, where she leads best-practice research to help K-12 leaders address emerging challenges. Her research has focused on reducing chronic absenteeism, responding to the rise of AI, closing early math knowledge gaps, and strengthening career navigation support for students. Prior to joining EAB, Margaret was an elementary educator.
