Matt focuses on expanding partnerships with colleges and universities across the country, assisting senior leaders in overcoming enrollment challenges and building sustainable recruitment strategies that yield measurable enrollment and revenue outcomes.
Prior to joining EAB, Matt gained substantial expertise in higher education recruitment and marketing. He has years of on-campus experience in consultative partnership development, lead generation, and strategic engagement with institutional stakeholders. In his current role, he works closely with academic and enrollment leaders to identify opportunities, customize EAB's solutions to meet specific needs, and support growth among diverse adult and graduate learner populations.
Matt is dedicated to helping institutions succeed in a competitive landscape using data-driven insights, targeted campaigns, and strategic positioning that appeals to adult and graduate audiences. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, golfing, traveling, and coaching his children in various sports.
