Associate Director, Technology Partner Support

Megan has been with EAB’s Technology Partner Support Team for over 5 years, specializing in Recruitment Success. As an Associate Director on Technology, she serves as the liaison between product teams and partner institutions on the recruitment portions of Navigate360, ensuring partners are informed about technology updates to maximize their impact on recruitment success. Megan also leads initiatives to improve partner engagement, streamline processes, and develop training programs that empower her team.

Outside of her work at EAB, Megan enjoys traveling, cooking, and teaching swim classes.
