Meredith McNeill

Meredith McNeill leads research on academic innovation at EAB, focusing on the most pressing challenges facing today’s academic leaders. Her work supports provosts, deans, and senior leadership teams as they navigate program portfolio management, curricular innovation, instructional efficiency, and faculty affairs. Meredith’s research combines thought leadership with practical strategy guidance, actionable best practices, and hands-on implementation support. Previously, Meredith led EAB’s K–12 research, serving public school district superintendents and independent school heads.
Meredith’s career spans education policy and implementation at the federal, state, and local levels. Before joining EAB, she worked as a management consultant, served as an education policy advisor in the U.S. Senate, and supported teacher recruitment, training, and performance management in large urban school districts. Meredith began her career as a middle school teacher with Teach For America. (new paragraph)
