Meredith McNeill

Meredith has education policy and implementation experience at the federal, state, and local level. She currently leads the K-12 research team, including the District Leadership Forum (DLF), Independent School Executive Forum (ISEF), and District Technology Leadership Forum (DTLF).

Prior to joining EAB, she was a management consultant, education policy advisor in the U.S. Senate, and supported teacher recruitment, training, and performance management in large urban school districts. Meredith began her career as a middle school teacher with Teach For America.

Meredith lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and children. She’s a coffee connoisseur and is working on growing a green thumb.
