Michelle Paquin

Michelle Paquin serves as Vice President and Chief of Staff, working closely with EAB’s Chief Executive Officer and Talent leaders. During her tenure with EAB, she has led numerous talent-related functions, including learning and development, employee engagement, corporate communications, and corporate social responsibility. Today, Michelle oversees corporate communications and a variety of strategic initiatives focused on strengthening organizational culture and the employee experience.

Prior to joining EAB, Michelle spent 20 years at The Advisory Board Company, where she held a variety of roles ranging from sales operations to recruiting and business partnership.

A former collegiate ice hockey player, Michelle is an avid sports fan who enjoys staying active. Outside of work, she loves spending time in the mountains, skiing, hiking, and cheering on her children as they pursue their own passions.
