Strategic Leader, Student Success

Paige is a Strategic Leader at EAB and a member of the dedicated consultant team for EAB’s Student Success Collaborative. With over a decade of experience in higher education, her expertise spans student development, residence life and housing, academic advising, crisis management, and student success management.

In her role as a Strategic Leader consultant, Paige works closely with higher education institutions to optimize their student success initiatives. She specializes in aligning institutional goals and priorities with EAB's Student CRM, Navigate360. Her responsibilities encompass supporting a partner’s lifecycle relationship, from onboarding to platform implementation strategy, training, and ongoing consulting support. Paige also conducts data analyses to pinpoint actionable insights for enhancing student success outcomes.

Outside of work, Paige enjoys spending time at the beach, visiting family, and indulging her passion for anime.
