Rachel LaVigna

Rachel LaVigna is a Navigate consultant who partners with our system community college members. Her focus is on driving process improvement strategies, implementing best practice research practices, and working with colleges to help meet their student success goals. She works mainly with the Virginia Community College System (VCCS), but also supports colleges within the Colorado Community College System and the Houston GPS initiative. Her favorite part about the job is getting to witness the passion and commitment that community college staff have for their students’ overall success.

Prior to joining EAB, Rachel worked for The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida where her focus was hospitality and customer service. She is a major foodie and enjoys traveling, going for runs, and sunny/warm weather.
