
Rachel Wallace
Associate Director, Research
Rachel Wallace is an Associate Director in EAB’s research division. She specialises in internationalisation and student success strategy and regularly supports universities with their work on career development, international partnerships, and student wellbeing.
Before joining EAB, Rachel worked as a lecturer (and academic advisor for LGBTQ, first-in-family, and study-abroad students) in the UK, Ireland, and USA. Hailing from Ireland, Rachel enjoys hiking, rock-climbing, and staying warm indoors with a wee cup of tea and a soda farl.
