Rebecca (Richards) Jameson is a senior researcher on the District Leadership Forum. She works primarily with superintendents and other district leaders to promote student success. Her research with EAB has focused on integrating academic and career development, improving instructional strategies in the early grades to promote reading proficiency, and advancing equitable outcomes across student populations. In her time at EAB, Rebecca has also contributed to research for the Community College Executive Forum.
Prior to joining EAB, Rebecca worked as a middle school teacher in Dallas, Texas, where she devised and implemented research-based curricular reforms in English language arts. She also focused on pedagogical strategies to support English language learners.
