Rujjares Hansapiromchok

Rujjares joined EAB’s Starfish team in June 2023. She has professional experience in higher education at private and public universities within academic and student affairs. Rujjares served as a Senior Academic Advisor working with 1600+ undergraduate students. Within this role, she also led the New Student Orientation and instructed first-year business school students on professional and personal development to prepare them to be forward-thinking and inclusive business leaders. Additionally, Rujjares served as an Academic Success Coach, working with students on probation, suspension, and at-risk students. During her graduate studies, Rujjares was selected as a United Nations Association fellow and focused on Sustainable Development Goal 4, ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all.

As a Partner Success Manager, Rujjares supports partners in developing and strategizing plans and best practices to promote student success, improve processes, and help partners reach their institutional goals with a student-centered approach.
