With a focus on Edify and Analytics within Navigate360, Russell takes on a dynamic role that spans issue resolution, process improvements, and release management. His work ensures smooth operations and continuous enhancements that benefit institutions and their students.

Outside of his work at EAB, Russell is a spin instructor who enjoys staying active, traveling, and listening to music.
