Sadé Young serves as a Director, K-12 Research Partner Engagement & Success and joined the firm in 2023. Since assuming this role, her work primarily focuses on student success, early literacy, and reducing chronic absenteeism.

Prior to her current position, Sadé honed her skills in educational consulting and program management, shaping diverse initiatives focused on professional development for educators, curriculum innovation, and educational standards. She possesses a rich background in fostering positive school climates, embedding social-emotional development, and facilitating restorative communities.

Her earlier career spans roles in Baltimore City Public Schools, where she actively coached executive school teams and directed recruitment efforts, significantly impacting student wellness and career pathways for youth. Additionally, her expansive career in education highlights her adeptness in improving student outcomes, fostering persistence, and K-12 change management.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Sadé is an avid advocate for self-care, cherishes travel experiences, and values quality time spent with family.
