Sally Amoruso

Sally Amoruso is Chief Partner Officer for EAB and serves as an extension of the Office of the CEO.

Sally leads firm-wide efforts to integrate insights and expertise across EAB’s myriad capabilities in enrollment, student success, strategy and operations to drive greater impact and more meaningful results at and for EAB's partner institutions.

Sally also spearheads EAB's presidential engagement - personally advising hundreds of university presidents, hosting EAB's Presidential Roundtables, leading EAB's annual New Presidents Intensive (a boot-camp for first-time university presidents), and co-hosting the Presidential Experience Lab, which connects presidents with bold, thought-provoking future-focused exemplars such as Nvidia, Dreamscape and LinkedIn to explore transformative changes in areas such as AI, VR and career paths.

Sally has 30+ years of experience building and leading enterprises serving mission-driven organizations in education and healthcare during times of dramatic change. Sally is a nationally sought-after presenter and facilitator, speaking to boards, executive teams and campus leaders on topics such as the future of higher education, the changing world of work, strategy, innovation and change leadership.

She is a proud first-generation American whose parents immigrated to the US from Asia. She was a Pell student, receiving her bachelor's in East Asian Studies from Harvard University, her master’s in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and her MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Business. Sally resides in Los Angeles where she can be found cheering on her two musician-actor children, hiking the trails of Hollywood or experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen.
