Seth Finck

Seth has a strong background in student success and collaborates with partner institutions to maximize the impact EAB can have on their students’ success. Seth is passionate about using data to create transparency for decision makers and to support students and those who support them.

Prior to joining EAB, Seth had roles in student affairs and academic advising. He trained advising staff members, helped implement new technology, and led a service learning program. In his free time, Seth likes to spend time with his family, host trivia, and keep a running diary of all movies, tv, and books he consumes.

Seth holds a Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the College of William & Mary.
