Steven Kilpatrick

Steven Kilpatrick is a Certified Product Owner/Manager (SaFE, CSPO) with over 10 years of professional experience in all aspects of product development, consulting, and change management. His passion is high impact user satisfaction, solving complex issues, and building relationships with stakeholders. He enjoys taking user feedback and recommending unique solutions to meet and exceed their needs. He thrives on honesty and transparency, and finds great joy in designing, building, and supporting world class software.

With being in the Student Success technology space for over 10 years, he has been able to help many schools implement and utilize one of EAB’s flagship products. He has visited over 200 institutions across the country as well as schools in Dubai, Canada, and the US Virgin Islands. In his role with Product Development, he is able to take everything he has learned from the interactions he has had with users across the country to design, solution, and implement new features and functionality into the products he manages. His goal is that every feature we release will have high impact on the students and staff that utilize our products on a daily basis.

In his free time he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his friends and family.
