Tim Ehrhart

Tim is a Strategic Leader of Student Success at EAB, partnering with colleges and universities to design and execute data-informed strategies that improve student outcomes and institutional performance. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education, he has led efforts across academic success and retention, admissions and recruiting, enrollment management, and student and academic affairs.

Throughout his career, Tim has guided institutions in creating and executing comprehensive strategies—defining goals, aligning cross-campus stakeholders, and embedding data-driven practices into student success initiatives. He has been particularly effective in leveraging Navigate360 to drive proactive, data-informed interventions, strengthen retention strategy, and support persistence and equity goals.

As a leader in student success, Tim is dedicated to ensuring both students and institutions thrive—through evidence-based advising models, strategic enrollment and retention initiatives, and the integration of technology and analytics into decision making.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys music and photography, attending concerts, being outdoors, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family. He is based full-time in Nashville, Tennessee.
