Whitney Wilson Paschal

Whitney Wilson Paschal is a Senior Strategic Leader on EAB's Technology Student Success team. In her role, Whitney works with four-year and two-year institutions to help them leverage the Navigate student success technology in ways that support their larger institutional goals. She works closely with partners to guide them in process mapping, change management, strategy, and impact analysis to support a strategic approach to student success.

Prior to this role, Whitney was a research analyst within EAB’s research division focusing on higher education fundraising, boosting alumni engagement, and improving fundraiser efficiency. In her free time, Whitney enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, and nursing her ever growing plant collection.
