Celebrating Innovators in District Education
Do you know a district leader who has successfully boosted teacher morale and engagement, resulting in higher retention rates? Or someone who has built a cohesive leadership team that moved the dial on key measures of student success, such as early literacy and absenteeism?
We invite you to submit a nomination for EAB’s first annual award to honor our district partners for outstanding achievement. In the midst of change and uncertainty, it’s more necessary than ever for K-12 leaders to embrace innovation, collaboration, and best-practice district management to ensure students and educators thrive.
This award aims to recognize District Leadership Forum partners for the meaningful impact they have on the communities they serve and celebrate their success stories, which we believe are critical to highlight at a time when districts across the country are looking for guidance on how to achieve more with less.

High-Performance District Award
The High-Performance District Award recognizes a K-12 district that is making significant strides toward excellence in academic achievement, community engagement, and operational efficiency.
This year’s winner will be distinguished by their clear vision, intentional efforts, and growing momentum toward excellence. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration, the district will be laying a strong foundation for future success.
Award recipient: Institution or team
The winner(s) will be announced in spring 2026 and recognized at next year’s District Leadership Forum Executive Roundtable. Award recipient(s) will also be featured on EAB’s website and LinkedIn, and they will receive access to additional service offerings from EAB.
