As the next generation of alumni begin to build wealth and join advancement teams as staff members, advancement leaders must understand generational trends to create compelling engagement and fundraising strategies.
Sessions
This session will define Gen Z and discuss the events that have shaped the generation’s worldview. The session will spotlight five attributes that make Generation Z unique and dive into the impact these forces will have on their relationship with advancement as alumni, donors, volunteers, and staff. Advancement leaders will have an opportunity to hear from peers as they begin to navigate this generation as part of their constituency. EAB experts will also provide a library of resources throughout the session that can assist advancement leaders as they navigate the generation.
