About Our Past Event
The demands of running an independent school have grown significantly more complex over the past few decades. In response, Heads of School have taken on the operational and management tasks of Chief Executive Officers in addition to the traditional responsibilities of headmasters. Leadership teams have ballooned to accommodate new workstreams and expertise demands.
Session
In this session, Heads of School will learn how to assess their current leadership models against research-based organizational design principles to ensure they are deliberately and strategically evolving their organizational structures to meet the operational and educational demands of today.
For those who weren’t able to attend our Fall 2022 in-person convenings for Heads of School, we invite you to register for this virtual event. This roundtable will provide Heads of School with the chance to both learn from our experts and interact with one another.
