About Our Past Event

Higher education leaders are watching as conversations unfold in state legislatures over banning and prohibiting colleges and universities from diversity training or using race as a factor for admissions and employment. Senior leaders are looking to Chief Diversity Officers to provide leadership through these challenging times while still maintaining momentum on the important DEIJ priorities for the institution. This patchwork quilt of shifting priorities and responsibilities further complicates the work of our CDOs, who are asking, “How do we maintain momentum in this challenging environment?”

Sessions

Please join us for a roundtable discussion where we will explore the evolving role of the Chief Diversity Officer and strategies to remain effective in the everchanging landscape of higher education. EAB will host a panel discussion with CDOs from our partner institutions who will share their perspectives and insights on how to lead through adversity.

Sessions are limited to Chief Diversity Officers and Vice Presidents, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Registration for each session is limited to one attendee per institution.
