Transfer Portal Office Hours

To register for a session, sign into your EAB.com account. In the banner located at the top of the page, use the menu to choose your selected session date(s). Click Register. Repeat this for every session date you wish to register for. You will receive a confirmation email with login details from Events@eab.com.

Join Us for and Upcoming Event

EAB’s Partner Support Team will host monthly Transfer Portal Office Hours to provide partners with the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the platform, and convene with peers from other institutions. Sessions will be offered on the first Wednesday of every month.

Join product experts from EAB’s Partner Support Team and fellow Transfer Portal App Admins to discuss platform questions and hear from your peers.

During this session, we will walk through the Transfer Portal Planner which will serve as your institution and EAB’s shared resource for your Transfer Portal configuration decisions. The items captured in the Portal Planner are crucial for your strategic use of the Portal and will serve as the guide for Portal updates. Product experts from the EAB Partner Support Team will be on the line to answer any general site questions.

This session is best suited for Application Administrators.

  • Wednesday, March 2 | 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time

During this session, we will provide Quick Start resources to support Transfer Portal App Admins and demonstrate key features that need ongoing support and maintenance. Product experts from the EAB Partner Support team will be on the line to answer any general site questions.

This session is best suited for App Admins and Program Owners.

  • Wednesday, April 6 | 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time

During this session, we will provide an overview of EAB’s new process now available for partners to setup automated Transfer Portal exports for easier CRM import. We highly recommend that your CRM/lead management leads join this session to learn more and determine appropriate next steps for setup. Product experts from the EAB Partner Support Team will be on the line to answer any general site questions.

This session is required for App Admins. We highly recommend CRM Lead/Expert also attend. Program Owners are optional.

  • Wednesday, May 4 | 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time

During this session, attendees will learn about content management for Transfer Portal. We will walk through a checklist of critical content to update before every academic year, such as the new programs, degree audit catalog, terms, checklist, campus resources, and customized messages. We hope this topic is timely, since many institutions are in the process of finalizing their academic catalogs.

This session is best suited for App Admins and Program Owners.

During these sessions, join product experts from EAB’s Partner Support Team and fellow Transfer Portal App Admins to discuss platform questions and hear from your peers. We recommend coming to each session with questions.
