Change Management Workshop for Leaders at Small Colleges and Universities

This event has passed.
Virtual

Given fast-changing market pressures, there is a growing urgency for campus leaders to initiate more and larger-scale change initiatives simultaneously. Yet, leadership teams often face high barriers to change on their campuses. Further, most change management frameworks are not designed to meet the cultural and structural specifics of higher ed.

Change management is a critical skill for any leader looking to expand their impact and influence on campus. EAB has created a model that considers the specific characteristics of colleges and universities. In this highly interactive, on-camera workshop, participants will gain strategies to manage and communicate change in the face of resistance and obstacles.

Attend this session to:

  • Understand the need for and importance of change management in the higher ed context
  • Learn EAB’s framework to lead change initiatives on campus
  • Apply the framework through a guided scenario exercise
  • Identify initiatives on your campus that could require more explicit change leadership
