Generative AI Taskforce 101

Join EAB experts for an introductory 101 session on how independent school leaders can establish a Generative Al Taskforce at their institution. This crash course will provide a comprehensive overview of the topics and resources provided throughout the GenAl Taskforce Collaborative.

During this session, school leaders will receive an overview of how to:
• Identify taskforce members and develop an actionable GenAl vision
• Translate school values into GenAl guardrails and learn to manage GenAl risks using pre-developed templates
• Explore how to prepare your school community for GenAl’s transformative opportunities
• Set strategically-oriented GenAl goals and communication tools for sharing GenAl plans
