This event has passed.
Virtual

In the coming years, Generation Z will make up a dominant group of donor and alumni constituencies at independent schools. The oldest members of Gen Z, a group that includes individuals born between 1997 and 2012, will turn 26 this year. As such, advancement leaders must gain a better understanding of this generation’s unique attributes and attitudes toward philanthropy to anticipate their needs in the years ahead.

Join this session to learn the five key attributes of this generation, including: cost consciousness, digital proficiency, radical transparency and authenticity, multifaceted diversity, and mental health challenges.
