Generative AI Taskforce Collaborative for Independent Schools
This event has passed.
Virtual
The Generative AI Taskforce Collaborative guides independent school leaders in establishing a generative AI (GAI) taskforce and action plan. Leaders will compose a school vision for GAI and steer their taskforce towards operationalizing that vision through using EAB’s guidance and ready-to-use templates, and tools.
During the course of the collaborative, participants will:
- Identify taskforce members and develop an actionable GenAI vision (Session 1)
- Translate school values into GenAI guardrails and learn to manage GenAI risks using pre-developed templates (Session 2)
- Explore how to build internal capacity for GenAI expertise and prepare your IT staff, faculty and staff, and students for GenAI’s opportunities (Session 3)
- Set strategically-aligned GenAI goals and incorporate EAB guidance to communicate GenAI goals and plans (Session 4)
