Generative AI Taskforce Collaborative for Independent Schools

The Generative AI Taskforce Collaborative guides independent school leaders in establishing a generative AI (GAI) taskforce and action plan. Leaders will compose a school vision for GAI and steer their taskforce towards operationalizing that vision through using EAB’s guidance and ready-to-use templates, and tools.

During the course of the collaborative, participants will:

• Identify taskforce members and develop an actionable GAI vision
• Translate school values into GAI guardrails and learn to manage GAI risks using pre-developed templates
• Explore transformative opportunities to use GAI tools and assess for viability
• Set future-oriented GAI goals and receive templates to communicate the GAI vision to the community

Sessions

Interested in joining the Generative AI Taskforce Collaborative? Complete the following steps:

• Inform your Dedicated Advisor that your school wants to participate.
• Identify your school’s Executive Sponsor and Implementation Leader.
  • The Executive Sponsor (ES) offers leadership-level support to the Implementation Leader and attends all four collaborative sessions.
  • The Implementation Leader (IL) leads the charge for operationalizing the school’s GAI vision, attends all four collaborative sessions, and leads taskforce meetings.
