Leading Campus Change Initiatives
Given fast-changing market pressures, there is a growing urgency for campus leaders to initiate more large-scale change initiatives simultaneously. Yet leadership teams often face high barriers to change on their campuses. In this session, you will learn about EAB’s higher education change management framework and apply it in a simulation exercise to prepare you for the next change on your campus. Participants will:
- Understand the need for and importance of leadership when undergoing change, especially in higher ed
- Learn EAB’s framework for leading change initiatives on campus
- Practice applying the framework by using higher education scenario exercises
- Reflect on lessons learned and identify initiatives on your campus that will require change leadership
