Preparing Principals to Lead Change

This event has passed.
Virtual

80% of superintendents are dissatisfied with the quality of principal preparation programs today. As one superintendent put it, “Principals don’t learn how to develop strategies and lead change, even though that is 90% of what they are asked to do.” This program equips district leaders to address those gaps and move their principals from managers to strategic change leaders who are equipped to drive continuous improvement in their schools.

District leaders who participate will participate in the following four Collaborative sessions:
1. Define the process for leading strategic school improvement
2. Develop the required skills for leadership
3. Protect principal time to lead
4. Plan for implementation

Participants will receive:

  • Four 90-minute Working Sessions
  • Weekly Office Hours
  • Every Resource Needed
