Discuss with colleagues the barriers to educating stakeholders and socializing AI use, how to mitigate risks and ensure safe use of AI, and how to drive and harness AI experimentation across campus. EAB will also share an AI Maturity Model to help drive your own strategy.
This session will include facilitated discussions with other participants and EAB experts. Attendees will be asked to share about their experience on campus, including successful initiatives and ongoing challenges.
