When it comes to strategic planning, some student affairs leaders would honestly prefer to get a root canal than take on the daunting task of creating a three-to-five year action plan.

Leaders need to seek input from across the division on priorities, budgets, and goals to generate consensus around a shared vision before they attempt to execute on any initiatives. Too often, there’s no template or guide to serve as a model for how student affairs leaders should go about conducting efficient and productive strategic planning conversations—until now.

Join EAB experts Jenn Latino and Alexa Silverman for a discussion with special guests from Illinois State University: Danielle Miller Schuster, Associate Vice President for Student Affairs, and Erin Thomas, Assessment and Data Analytics Manager. You will learn how to remove the guesswork from strategic planning and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
