The State of Facilities 2024
The last few years have shown us the importance of the campus. Students prioritize physical investments in their decisions about where to enroll, and investments in space are an essential component of ambitious sustainability targets and goals. However, Facilities organizations are stretched thin, facing major challenges caused by deferred maintenance, recruitment shortfalls, and more complicated systems to manage.
Sessions

These sessions are limited to associate vice presidents, facilities management, associate vice chancellors, estates operations directors, estates directors, and senior facilities officers. Registration for each session is limited to two attendees per institution.

In this roundtable session, Facilities and Estates leaders will hear the results from EAB’s annual State of Facilities survey and will have the opportunity to:
- Examine the current state of higher education and the impact it’s having on Facilities and Estates organizations
- Analyze the results of EAB’s industry survey detailing the ways organizations are addressing core challenges around talent management, space utilization, sustainability goals, and other priorities
