How do you set yourself apart to families in a competitive market? EAB’s research recommends finding and communicating your differentiation sweet spot—where your school meets families’ needs in ways competitors cannot.
Join a nationwide cohort of peers this spring to learn how to develop your school’s unique value proposition and be families’ school of choice, then establish a system to remain distinct and competitive in today’s evolving market. Participants will:
- Assess the maturity of their current value proposition and learn key criteria to make their school’s value proposition more compelling.
- Evaluate their school’s value proposition on distinction from competitors and identify the metrics required to test and refine these assumptions.
- Conduct an initial analysis of audience needs, pains, and gains and create a data collection plan to validate these hypotheses.
- Apply lessons learned to differentiate their value proposition and embed value management as a system to remain dynamic as the market continues to change.
