EAB’s New Enrollment Leaders Intensive is a premier program tailored to support recently appointed enrollment management leaders (in seat for two years or less) as they navigate the complexities of their roles.

This unique program combines data-driven insights, research-informed strategies, and peer-to-peer learning to help leaders excel in enrollment management. The intensive kicks off with an in-person session in Washington, D.C., January 28–29, 2025, followed by four virtual sessions every Tuesday in February. Topics include Pricing and Financial Strategy, Managing the Enrollment Budget, Evaluating Your Team, and Measuring Institutional ROI.

Whether you’re looking to refine your strategies or connect with a cohort of peers facing similar challenges, the New Enrollment Leaders Intensive provides the guidance and tools needed to lead with confidence in today’s higher education landscape. We look forward to welcoming you!
