Given increasing infrastructure costs and shifting demands for campus space, more institutions are interested in making best use of their built environment. The optimization of campus space can take many forms including decreasing our cost basis, controlling growth and rightsizing campus, maximizing utilization (where possible), and pursuing alternative funding and revenue generation strategies.
