Strategic thinking and change leadership skills are crucial for effective school leadership today. However, most principals are not adequately trained in these areas. EAB’s four-part professional development series is designed to equip principals and aspiring leaders with the essential skills they need to succeed.

District leaders can nominate up to five high-performing principals and school leaders to join this professional development series. Nominees should log in to their eab.com account and click the “Register” button to sign up for the event series.

Please note that this series launched in 2024; you’re encouraged to nominate five additional principals, even if your district has participated before.
