Student Success Priorities Series

This event has passed.
Virtual

The number of financially insecure students on our campuses are increasing. More and more students are dealing with the impacts of the cost of living crisis and increasing university costs. Many students are working while studying but some are still unable to meet their basic needs.

This session will outline tactics that address food and housing insecurity as well as supporting students’ financial literacy. EAB presenters will share tactics to:

  • Make sure that students know about and can easily access basic needs resources
  • Establish processes that enable students to access surplus resources like food or housing
  • Invest in holistic financial education to support students overall financial well-being
