Agenda Highlights

Day 1: Community College State of the Sector

Community colleges continue to benefit from strong public trust and renewed enrollment momentum, but the sector is entering a period of heightened accountability and disruption. Policy shifts, financial pressure, and rapid AI adoption are converging to raise the stakes for program value, workforce alignment, and student outcomes.

Questions we’ll answer:

  • Where is my institution most exposed to policy and workforce shifts?
  • Which programs and credentials face the greatest risk over the next three to five years?
  • What practical moves can I make now to protect access, relevance, and outcomes?

Day 2: The Future of Industry Partnerships and Outcomes Assessment

As expectations rise around workforce impact, community colleges are under pressure to show clearer connections between programs, employer needs, and student outcomes. These sessions will focus on how institutions can strengthen industry partnerships and community networks while building more credible, comprehensive approaches to measuring success. We will also be joined by colleagues to walk us through workforce simulations that support students in career development, and we’ll have the chance to do some (second) career exploration of our own.

Questions we’ll answer:

  • Which partnerships are actually moving the needle on student outcomes?
  • How can I build deeper, more durable workforce partnerships?
  • How can I use outcomes data to guide program decisions and demonstrate value?

Great to see you today! What can I do for you?
