This series helps your team use Navigate360’s analytics and reporting tools to surface emerging trends, stress-test assumptions, and guide targeted spring/summer interventions. Attend 1, 2, or all 3 sessions depending on your goals and bandwidth. Best suited for institutions using—or exploring—the Navigate360 reporting and analytics suite.

Session One – Clarify Your Questions & Define Your Scope
Before pulling data, you’ll identify the spring-term questions you want to answer—such as academic momentum, risk indicators, or early signs of summer melt. We’ll help you sharpen a hypothesis and pinpoint which Navigate360 metrics best illuminate the story you’re trying to uncover.

Session Two – Extract the Right Data
Dig into Navigate360 dashboards and reporting tools to pull the metrics tied to your priorities. We’ll walk through approaches to isolating signal from noise, structuring data pulls, and preparing your dataset for comparison, monitoring, or trend analysis.

Session Three – Transform Insights into a Compelling Story (Joint Session)
A collaborative, Q&A-driven session focused on elevating your findings into a narrative that resonates with leadership, partners, and external audiences.

We’ll demonstrate how to:

  • Build a strong case study from your mid-year data
  • Use EAB’s storytelling and case-building toolkit
  • Shape your narrative for potential conference proposals (CFPs)
  • Leverage technology and Navigate360 reporting to showcase impact
