This series is “a revamp of our annual “Navigate360 Analytics in Action cohort, refocused on mid-year analysis of fall interventions. The series supports teams in leveraging Navigate360’s analytics and reporting tools to surface emerging trends, stress-test assumptions, and evaluate the impact of fall-term efforts in order to inform spring and summer decision-making. Participants will also receive a practical toolkit to support in-session work and guide continued analysis and storytelling with their Strategic Leader after the series concludes. The series is best suited for institutions actively using—or exploring—the Navigate360 reporting and analytics suite.

Session One – Clarify Your Questions & Define Your Scope

A strategy-setting session focused on defining the fall-term questions that matter most—such as academic momentum, student support indicators, or early signals that interventions may need to be adjusted. Participants will refine hypotheses and align Navigate360 metrics to the outcomes and stories they aim to evaluate as part of a mid-year review of fall interventions.

Session Two – Extract the Right Data

A demo style session focused on using Navigate360 dashboards and reporting tools to pull the data that supports your priorities. Participants will learn how to isolate meaningful variables , structure effective data pulls, and prepare datasets for comparison, monitoring, and trend analysis.

Session Three – Transform Insights into a Compelling Story (Joint Session)

A collaborative, workshop-style session focused on translating mid-year findings into clear, compelling narratives for leadership, cross-campus partners, and external audiences. Partners will have dedicated time to work directly with a  Strategic Leader on positioning and strategy, alongside support from the Partner Support team to address functional questions and optimize use of Navigate360 analytics features.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Build a strong case study from mid-year Navigate360 data
  • Apply EAB’s storytelling and case-building framework
  • Shape presentations to campus leadership and/or CONNECTED conference Call For Proposal submissions
  • Leverage Navigate360 reporting and visuals to clearly demonstrate impact
