Research shows that strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills are the difference-makers for effective school leadership. However, leadership programs rarely teach candidates to craft effective strategies and lead change. EAB’s four-part professional development series is designed to help existing and aspiring school leaders develop world-class strategic thinking and change leadership skills to apply to the most pressing challenges in their schools.

To get the most out of this series, we recommend registering for each of the following one-hour sessions.
