This session will open with a brief recap of key State of the Sector insights to ground the conversation. From there, the discussion will focus on how enrollment leaders are responding now and where timely adjustments can make the greatest difference.

This fireside conversation will be cohosted by:

Together, they will share perspective on how these national trends are showing up on their campuses and how they are adjusting strategy in real time.

This session is designed as a candid, peer-driven conversation centered on questions enrollment leaders are actively addressing, including:

• Where pricing, discounting, and aid strategies require faster recalibration
• Which student segments and programs offer the most near-term opportunity
• How enrollment teams are working with academic and financial leaders to align strategy
