  • Thursday, January 21, 2027 | 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time

The New Rules of Career Readiness: Recent graduates are entering a uniquely challenging early-career landscape shaped by a recession-like job market, heightened employer expectations, and entry-level roles redefined by AI. In this one-hour virtual session, participants will consider what this new reality requires of graduates and how colleges and universities can more intentionally prepare every student to succeed in an increasingly complex, AI-enabled world of work.
  • Wednesday, February 24, 2027 | 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time

From Elective to Essential: Scaling Applied Ingenuity for All Students: Today’s graduates need the ability to think creatively and strategically, solve unfamiliar problems, and create value in new situations, but the experiences that build these capabilities too often remain optional or out of reach. This session will examine the skills that comprise applied ingenuity, the experiences that help students develop them, and how institutions can embed those experiences across the student journey without completely reinventing it.
  • Thursday, March 25, 2027 | 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Career Readiness Can’t Live in One Office: How to Prepare Every Student for What Comes Next: As pressure grows to demonstrate strong graduate career outcomes, colleges and universities need a career-readiness strategy that reaches every student—and career services cannot carry that responsibility alone. We will share best practices for building an institution-wide career ecosystem that engages leaders, faculty, staff, student leaders, employers, and alumni in delivering career education and preparation at scale.
